On Monday, March 7, the BCA, in collaboration with the Ottawa Police, will be a holding a Neighborhood Watch (NW) Seminar at the Community Hall (190 Glen Park Drive). The event will start at 7pm. The event will look at the planned expansionary role of the NW in Blackburn Hamlet, including its role within the
