The annual Blackburn Hamlet Community Association (BCA) Santa Pancake Breakfast will be held on December 6 at our Community Centre. There is Free Admission for the family, if a BCA Member, and a charge of $10 per family, if not a BCA Member. You may purchase your BCA Membership at the door, please cash only.
