The goal of the Beautification team is to make Blackburn Hamlet an attractive and welcoming community. As we look ahead, we would like to broaden our goals for the beautification of Blackburn. We are always looking for volunteers to join our BCA Beautification Committee with new ideas. There are so many magnificent gardens and gardeners in our neighborhood!
