One Stop Shop for Holiday Shopping

Featuring a variety of local vendors!

Our annual Christmas market provides patrons with an opportunity to shop for special holiday treats sold by vendors and artists local to the hamlet as well as those from the broader Ottawa area.

Each year the market raises money for mental health programs at the Ottawa Hospital. In addition to donations solicited from patrons, all vendor table fees are donated.  For more information contact market@blackburnhamlet.ca.

2026 Vendor Applications are open until August 7, 2026

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2026 Blackburn Christmas Market. The market will take place on November 14 and will run from 10 AM to 3 PM. Details on the event as well as the application form for prospective vendors can be found below.

Applications will be accepted and reviewed throughout the month of July. Confirmation of acceptance or denial of applications will be provided to vendors no later than August 7.

All table fees will be donated to community adult mental health programs in Ottawa.

IMPORTANT

Access to electricity must be made by request in the form below. The number of outlets are limited and access to electricity can therefore not be guaranteed.

Access to wifi is not guaranteed and vendors should not depend on it for transactions.

Event Details
Table cost: $70/table. Please note, we are limited for space in the hall and will therefore not be offering two tables to vendors unless there are last-minute cancellations.
Event Date and Time: November 14, 10am-3pm
Vendor Set up: Begins at 8am
Vendor Tear down: Complete no later than 4pm
