Blackburn Community Hall and exterior park (weather permitting) Kids and Youth ages 5-18 are welcome to come by and create some art at the Community Hall. There will be various stations with crafting activities where kids and youth from all levels can participate. Kids 11 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
