Join the Neighbourhood Watch

The Blackburn Hamlet Community Association (BCA) has partnered with the City of Ottawa to develop a Neighbourhood Watch for our community. The Neighbourhood Watch is a program to help neighbours watch out for neighbours. It aims to get citizens involved in discouraging and preventing crime at the local level.

By joining the program you can learn;

  • How to make your home less inviting as a target to thieves;
  • How to recognize and report suspicious activity in your neighbourhood;
  • How to properly react to criminal activity.

We are asking all residents to join the Neighbourhood Watch and make our community safe. Complete the form below or download the Neighbourhood Watch registration form here! On completion please send it to safety@blackburnhamlet.ca.

Additional Information

  • Comment rendre votre maison moins invitante aux voleurs;
  • Comment déceler les activités suspectes dans votre voisinage;
