LOOKING FOR NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH BLOCK CAPTAINS The BCA Safety team are holding an evening information session on Monday, February 24, at the Blackburn Community Centre (190 Glen Park Drive) on the new look of the Neighborhood Watch Program. The information session will be from 7-9pm. The event will be presented by the Ottawa Police Services
