On September 15th in the Blackburn Community Hall, four very deserving Blackburn residents were recognised for the outstanding contribution they had done for the community. They were surrounded by a host of like-minded volunteers at the annual dinner.
Community groups and BCA-supported organizations are asked each year to nominate someone who they feel have gone above and beyond the normal “helping out”. This year our president Laura Dudas had the great pleasure in recognising Joanne Ingram, Trisha Cloutier, Ben Charlebois and Lynn Leduc.
