The next Seniors Walk-and-Talk Outing is on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM. We will meet at the front of Aspira Bearbrook Retirement Residence, 2645 Innes Road.
Participants have the option to do a shorter or a longer route and the walk will proceed rain on shine.
