The September edition of the Blackburn Area News and Reports (BANAR) inadvertently had the incorrect dates for the Advance Voting days to be held at the Blackburn Community Hall. The correct dates are September 10th to 13th from 9am to 9pm as indicated on your Voter Information Card.
