On November 8, 2025, BCA held its annual Christmas Craft Market, an opportunity for local vendors to display their artisan wares. 22 vendors provided the community with a wide assortment of items, ranging from food products to jewelry, household essentials and more. Attendance was down from previous years but still sales were brisk and vendors were pleased.
Again this year, Vendor tables were split between the Community Hall and the Blackburn Arena Event Room. Proceeds from vendor fees went to the Ottawa Hospital in support of mental health programs. The BCA is appreciative to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation for administering the payment process.
The BCA would also like to extend a special thanks to the many volunteers who helped with the event, and a special thanks to Angie Jodoin, Michelle Levac and Nina Ryan for their outstanding support.
