The Blackburn Hamlet Community Association (BCA) will hold the first Blackburn Hamlet Winter Carnival (BHWC) on the Family Day long weekend. There will be gifts, prizes food & refreshments available at no charge.

The activities originally scheduled to be held on February 16 at Norman Johnston Rink were rescheduled to February 22nd due to anticipated snow storms.

Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for the Food Bank and/or Donate to the CHEO Coin Box at Community Centre.
