We received so many wonderful submissions through Facebook and email, and it was difficult to pick the winners. The BCA is looking for volunteers for next year’s Blackburn Funfair. The Blackburn FunFair occurs annually on the first weekend of June and showcases the community spirit in Blackburn Hamlet. Next year’s 50th anniversary event is looking for volunteers to fill the following positions: Funfair
2380 and 2396 Cleroux Crescent The intent is to develop the lands to allow for 2 rental apartment buildings that will be 3 storeys in height and each building will have 40 rental units. There will be 80 units in total and 101 parking spaces

This year the Blackburn Community Association (BCA) will be hosting its first ever poetry prize: The 2021 BCA Poetry Prize WHAT: Submit an original, unpublished poem, in English or French, up to 200 words in length with no minimum word requirement. The poem should reflect
