Please note your membership will not become active until payment has been received.

Membership payment is possible in these three ways:

  • E-transfers can be sent directly to treasurer@blackburnhamlet.ca. E-transfers are automatically deposited; no security question is needed. Please include your name and phone number in the memo field.
  • Cheques can be made out to the Blackburn Community Association and mailed to:
    BCA Membership Director
    PO Box 47062. Ottawa, ON, K1B 5B0
  • Cash can be dropped off at a specified address. Please send an email to treasurer@blackburnhamlet.ca with this request and you will be provided with a drop-off location.

If the name on your payment is different than that was used on this form, please be sure to include the name used here in the memo box.
