Be Part of History!

2026 is an exciting year for Ottawa, as we mark our City’s 200th anniversary. Amongst the various themed events, festivals and activities happening around the City, the Mayor has also been organizing a Time Capsule to mark the event, and has asked all Councillors to submit something that represents our community and provides a snapshot of Ottawa in 2026.

Residents from across Orléans, and beyond, are invited to join Laura Dudas on August 8 at 10 a.m. in Barrington Park, beside the Orléans Library, as we attempt to take the largest community photo in Orléans' history.
