Blackburn youth aged 10-13 are invited to participate in a Valentine’s Party in the Park event which will be held on Saturday, February 11th from 2-4pm outside the Blackburn Community Hall. This event will feature hot chocolate, games and treats and give local youth a chance to have fun with their friends and peers in the great outdoors.
