Blackburn youth aged 9 -13 are invited to a Horrifying Halloween Costume Party that will be held outside the Blackburn Community Hall on Saturday October 28th from 2 – 4 pm. Costumes are optional, but those who do wear a costume will be eligible for a special door prize draw. The event will feature a scary scavenger hunt, ghoulish games, unsettling prizes and strange refreshments. Kindly RSVP by October 25th, if you dare, to youth@blackburnhamlet.ca
