DESCRIPTION:Blackburn Hamlet Garden Tour\nJuly 6th-7th\n10:00 am – 4:00 pm\nCalling all gardeners\, aspiring gardeners\, and anyone who enjoys the beauty and tranquility of nature! Please join us on July 6 & 7 between 10am and 4pm for the 3rd annual Garden Tour\, right here in the Hamlet. Come and enjoy all 14 wonderful gardens that are participating in this year’s tour. \nNew this year will be the addition of Hamlet artists: Marion Jean Hall\, Zoe Hoisak and Dulcet Juvet will be sharing their talents by painting and drawing in the garden on their canvases. \nJenifir and David Theiss-Thompson (flute and violinist from NAC)\, Garth Hampson and Pat Messier (Retd RCMP Staff Sgt/Singer with RCMP band accompanied by organist) will once again perform beautiful music in some of the most lovely gardens on the tour. \nThe tour is free\, but select gardens will have a clay flower pot for donations to the Lifecentre Food Bank. \nOn tour days\, signs will be placed at the end of the driveways to indicate the locations of the gardens on display. \n** NOTE ** There will be many road closures along highway 174 in Orleans\, including the Montreal Road exits.  If you are traveling from Orleans\, please use Innes Road.  If you are travelling on the Queensway Eastbound\, please take the Innes road exit off of the 417 and travel east on Innes to reach Blackburn Hamlet. \nEntertainment: Saturday July 6th\nMusicians- \n\n Tim McFarland Band\, Hunks & Punks\n11 Redberry Court 11-2:30pm\, #3 on the map\n\nPlein Air Artists- \n\nDulce Juvet 62 Eastpark 10-1pm\, #11 on the map\nSupattana Bolger 66 Eastpark 10-4pm\, #13 on the map\nPierre Cloutier 12 Woodview 10-4pm\, #12 on the map\nZoe Michel Hoisak 47 Westpark 10-4pm\, #8 on the map\n\nEntertainment: Sunday July 7th\nMusicians- \n\nGarth Hampson & Pat Messier (vocalist and pianist)\n7 Parkwood 1-1:30pm\, #7 on the map\nJenifir and David Thies-Thompson (flute and viola)\n11 Redberry Court 10-12:30pm\, #3 on the map\n\nPlein Air Artists- \n\nMarion Jean Hall 62 Centrepark 10-12pm\, #4 on the map\nSupattana Bolger 66 Eastpark 10-4pm\, #13 on the map\nPierre Cloutier 12 Woodview 10-4pm\, #12 on the map\nZoe Michel Hoisak 47 Westpark 10-4pm\, #8 on the map\n\nMaster Gardeners- \n\nBelinda Boekhoven & Pauline Yells\n47 Westpark 10-2pm\, #8 on the map\n\nCheck out the Tour Map below and download the brochure to take with you as you explore the gardens in our neighbourhood.
