Blackburn youth aged 10-14 are invited to a Spooktacular Halloween Party that will be held outside the Blackburn Community Hall on Saturday October 29th from 2 – 4.30pm. Costumes are optional, but those who do wear a costume will be eligible for a special door prize draw. The event will feature a scary scavenger hunt, ghastly games, petrifying prizes and slimy refreshments. Kindly RSVP by October 26th, if you dare, to youth@blackburnhamlet.ca
